Beginners yoga courses
The beginners yoga course is addressed at students who have never practiced IYENGAR® Yoga.
A path that starts from the basics and offers you the essential tools to start the journey of discovery of your body.
In this course you will learn about the correct actions of feet, legs, shoulders and arms during the execution of asanas (postures). You will come to perform the standing asanas and
you will begin to learn the preparation of sitting, forward bend, back bends and upside down asanas.
You will also learn to become familiar with the names of the asanas in Sanskrit and the terms of the yogic philosophy.

Intermediate Yoga courses
This course is for students with at least 1 year of IYENGAR® Yoga practice.
You have already started your journey of discovery of IYENGAR® Yoga. In Intermediate class we will go to work to continue this path.
In this Intermediate yoga course we will consolidate the correct actions of feet, legs, shoulders and arms, pelvis and spine during the execution of all asana groups.
The course introduces the observation of breath in preparation for the first Pranayama techniques.

Postural yoga course, ageless
As we said, the practice of IYENGAR® Yoga is suitable for all ages or conditions.
Those who start practising at a mature age but also those who feel the need for a practice closer to postural gymnastics (for example during a convalescence or rehabilitation), thanks to this postural yoga course can benefit from the beneficial effects of yoga on one's body, starting right from understanding their own limits.
In this course we practice all the asanas adapting them to the needs of each student, using the media in the most appropriate way.
This course can also be attended by beginners.

This pranayama and meditation yoga course is dedicated to students who want to learn more about breathing techniques.
Through Pranayama and meditation you will develop a greater awareness of reality.
Thanks to the control of breathing you can amplify the perception of sensory and mental stimuli to go, breath by breath, to improve every aspect of your life.

Nel rispetto delle nuove normative e per la sicurezza di tutti:- è necessaria la prenotazione;
- è necessario portare un sacchetto per le scarpe, un sacchetto per i vestiti;
- all'ingresso verrà misurata la temperatura e sarà necessario igienizzarsi le mani.

- È consigliato non mangiare prima della lezione;
- avvertire l’insegnante in caso di problemi di salute;
